Welcome to Sierra eStatements.
As a customer of Bank of the Sierra you now have the option to receive electronic monthly/periodic statements with Sierra eStatement enrollment for any of your checking and savings accounts with us. Sierra eStatement will give you the advantage of having control, security, privacy and the convenience of viewing and/or printing your Sierra eStatement online; no longer waiting for the paper statement to be delivered through the mail, giving you an additional measure in protecting your information from identity theft.

To enroll, you will need the following information:
- Your nine digit Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) as issued to you by the U.S. Government, including the leading zero if applicable and without the dashes
- Your account number without the leading zero if applicable
- The amount of your last deposit
Note: For customers who have an Online Banking User ID, you will need to use your SSN or EIN as this is a separate Login. However, you may choose to use the same Online Banking User ID for your Sierra eStatement login ID once you click "Change Login ID".
Click Accept to receive your statements electronically.
On the Login Information page, you can click "Change Login ID" to assign a login ID other than your SSN or EIN and then enter and validate your password. Your password must be at least eight characters and should be a complex mix of letters, numbers, and special characters (such as $, %, or *).
Then the next few screens will take you through a Multi-Factor Authentication process to help protect you from fraudulent online activity.
Once all of your security questions have been indicated and you re-enter your password, you will be able to enroll any of your accounts. Once your account has been successfully enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at the number below.
You and any other owners on an account can enroll in Sierra eStatements and receive the email notification when your statement is available.
