- A: With Bank of the Sierra's Mobile Banking, you can access any of the accounts currently available through your Online Banking services. Some advanced features, such as setting up Bill Pay accounts or altering personal information, will still need to be accessed through Online Banking using a standard computer.
- Q: How do I make a payment using BillPay through Mobile Banking?
- A: To make a payment using Bill Pay through your Mobile Banking service, simply sign into Mobile Banking on your mobile phone and navigate to 'Bill Pay'. Select the bill that you would like to pay. Complete the transaction and you will receive a confirmation screen shortly after the payment is completed.
