Kern County - 40 Hours
Candidate will train to perform the duties of an Operations Manager. Duties will consist of training with various departments for the understanding of how their operations function, performing the daily activities and practices of branch routines, monitor, plan, organize and control all operational functions of the Bank. Learn to hire, train and supervise operations staff personnel, complete operational reports, handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensure general ledger balancing and control on a daily basis, maintain the daily operational function of the branch security system, and ensure good lobby/drive-up and walk-up teller coverage.
