Porterville (Corporate) - 40 Hours
Candidate will be in charge of overseeing the Overdraft Department. Strong leadership skills and customer service skills and customer service skills are required. Candidate should be proficient in Excel and have strong knowledge of existing bank systems and should be organized and self-motivated. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Candidate should have a positive atitude when dealing with any customer and be able to answer customer questions pertaining to overdraft issues and should be able to handle difficult customers in a professional manner. Knowledge of regulations pertaining to overdraft is highly desired. Candidate should be familiar with: bankruptcies, certifications, loans and Chexsystems.
