Credit Assistant-Temporary Position
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Maintains files and log-in systems regarding the above functions. Obtains financial information, credit reports, and general loan information for processing the above functions. Creates the files and inputs information into the computer.
Maintains disbursement files and ordering of inspections.
Processes routine general ledger entries and balances general ledger accounts.
Requests funding and makes loan files for booking and certifying.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
Conducts research, compiles information, and produces statistical reports.
Generates correspondence as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
