Senior Operations Assistant - Overdraft Department
Candidate will assist in completing various daily operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to producing correspondences, relationship management letters, processing write off balances, reviewing reports, making calls to customer and repayment plan management. Candidate will be cross trained in all areas of the department and must have strong knowledge of existing bank systems and also be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be a quick learner and be able to perform multiple tasks while under pressure. Candidate should be well organized, self-motivated and have excellent customer service skills. Bilingual required (Spanish).
