Training Department (Porterville) - (25 hours)
Responsibilities include updating and revising most training guides, preparing class materials, handouts and quizzes connected with in-house classes, tracking sales referrals, track training activity, maintain BVS reports (including follow up on past due courses) and assist in preparing the monthly Sierra News Flash Newsletter. Candidate should have branch experience. Experience with new accounts and consumer lending is a plus. Must be able to multi-task and be very organized. Must have knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills are a must.
