Bank of the Sierra’s fast-paced and dynamic marketing department is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement and oversee marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms including email, SEO, SEM, social, web, and local intranet.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Candidate should be imaginative and fun with excellent communication skills, ready to work in a fast-paced marketing department.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing required.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in multimedia and graphic design.
Experience with marketing automation tools, i.e. Exact Target, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua or Hubspot.
Fluency in software related to graphic design and video editing – i.e. Adobe Creative Suite.
Background in web development a plus.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Candidate should have excellent grammar and communication skills.
