Temporary Operations Assistant – SOS

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include working with bank unpostables, NSFs, encoding errors, adjustments, Fed returns, Branch Capture data entry and researching out of balance transactions. Must be a quick learner and able to perform multiple tasks while under pressure and have the ability to communicate, research and resolve inquiries and problems. Must have basic computer and 10-key skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities 

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.

Safe & Security – Observes safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.

Attendance & Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.

Dependability – Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.

Education and/or Experience

Associate’s Degree (A.A) or equivalent fro two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
