PORTERVILLE, CA – Bank of the Sierra recently named Kathy Stonecipher as Vice President, Real Estate Loan Officer of its Shaw Avenue Branch in Fresno. In her new position, Stonecipher will evaluate and recommend approval of customer applications for consumer real estate mortgage loans and other consumer real estate secured loan products for Western Tulare County and Kings County.
Stonecipher was most recently employed by Premier Valley Bank, Fresno, CA, as Vice President Real Estate & Business Lending Officer/Senior Business Development Officer. Prior to Premier Valley Bank, Stonecipher was Vice President, Senior Business Relationship Manager for Bank of America, where she was employed for over 23 years. Stonecipher attended Porterville College, and has received her Series 6/63 Certificate.
