Bank of the Sierra Announces Robert C. Martinez as VP, Branch Manager for Lindsay

PORTERVILLE, CA – Bank of the Sierra recently named Robert C, Martinez as VP, Branch Manager for the City of Lindsay. Martinez will oversee subordinate supervisors who supervise branch employees with responsibilities that include the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch. Additionally, Martinez will be responsible for all facets of the hiring process, assignment delegation, and performance appraisal.
Martinez arrives at Bank of the Sierra with an extensive background in banking with over 30 years of experience previously serving in positions that include, Business Banking Officer, Commercial Banking Officer and most recently VP, Banking Center Manager at Bank of America. Martinez attended California State University of Bakersfield and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
