Bank of the Sierra Announces Scott Laycock as Vice President, Senior Branch Manager for San Luis Obispo County

PORTERVILLE, CA – Bank of the Sierra recently named Scott Laycock as VP, Senior Branch Manager for San Luis Obispo County. Laycock is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of five full-service branches in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, and Pismo Beach.
Laycock has more than 30 years of banking experience. His last position prior to joining Bank of the Sierra was as a Commercial Banker at Founders Community Bank in Paso Robles. Laycock has also worked for Pacific Valley Bank, Heritage Oaks Bank, Rabobank, Mid State Bank, and First Interstate Bank. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics and earned a Masters Level Banking Certificate from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
