Bank of the Sierra Names James Franco as Commercial Loan Officer for Tulare

PORTERVILLE, CA – Bank of the Sierra announced today that James Franco has been named Commercial Loan Officer for the Bank’s Tulare market. Franco will be responsible for developing and managing commercial loan accounts throughout Tulare.
Franco started with Bank of the Sierra as an Operations Assistant at the Bank’s corporate office in Porterville. He was quickly promoted to Credit Analyst, and then later to Senior Credit Analyst at the Bank’s Downtown Visalia branch. Franco, a former enlisted sailor in the Navy, is a life-long Central Valley resident.
Roy Salazar, Bank of the Sierra’s Tulare Market President, is enthusiastic about bringing Franco to the Tulare market. “We are excited about adding James to our loan team in Tulare,” Salazar said. “He takes great care of his customers and Tulare businesses will enjoy working with him.”
