Underwrite routine, difficult, or complex transaction requests and monitor sellers, investors, transactions, and third parties to support the credit compliance of the mortgage banker finance team and become a subject matter expert on related systems, along with an understanding of the end-to-end process of mortgage banker finance products.

To support the effective delivery of all banking services with a branch of Bank of the Sierra, the Branch Utility will provide support for all operational job functions by filling in for the Senior Teller, FSR, Branch Operations Supervisor, and Branch Operations Manager as needed at any branch within their assigned region. The Branch Utility will primarily be a ‘float’ position that is assigned to an entire region, and they will work closely with the Regional Branch Administrator to ensure the region maintains outstanding customer relations, achieves assigned goals and objectives, adheres to company policy and procedure, completes required tasks, high employee morale by providing leadership and motivation to assigned team members.
