VP Appraisal Manager

The Appraisal Manager is responsible for the administration, oversight, and ongoing effectiveness of the Bank’s real estate valuation program. This position ensures compliance with Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, FIRREA, USPAP, and all applicable regulatory requirements governing real estate collateral valuations. The Appraisal Manager oversees appraisal and environmental report ordering, vendor management, quality control processes, policy adherence, and appraisal independence while supporting prudent credit risk management practices. The Appraisal Manager serves as the primary liaison between lending, credit administration, regulators, appraisal and environmental report vendors, and executive management regarding appraisal-related matters.

Branch Utility - Bakersfield East Hills

The Branch Utility will provide support for all operational job functions by filling in for the Senior Teller, FSR, Branch Operations Supervisor, and Branch Operations Manager as needed at any branch within their assigned region. The Branch Utility will primarily be a ‘float’ position that is assigned to an entire region, and they will work closely with the Regional Branch Administrator to ensure the region maintains outstanding customer relations, achieves assigned goals and objectives, adheres to company policy and procedure, completes required tasks, high employee morale by providing leadership and motivation to assigned team members.

Credit Support (CS) serves as the primary point of contact for all internal business partners within a lending deal team. The CS role is professional and accountable for coordinating the loan process from initial engagement through closing, as well as ongoing portfolio management and loan reviews.

The FSR is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s information is confidentially and effectively recorded electronically.

Senior Commercial Loan Underwriter II - Fresno Palm

The Senior Commercial Loan Underwriter underwrites AG, Commercial Business, and Real Estate loan requests while performing a variety of duties for the business group assigned. Develops expertise in evaluating the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses; assists with the loan process by inputting and analyzing financial information of businesses and/or individuals to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money; conducts credit investigations focused on determining whether the borrower will have the sufficient cash flow for repayment; underwrites and prepares AG and commercial credit requests, working collaboratively with and making discretionary recommendations and suggestions to other team members Follows for timely renewals,
reporting requirements, compliance, and delinquencies.

VP Relationship Manager - San Luis Obispo

The Relationship Manager is responsible for all aspects of a customer relationship with the Bank. The RM is responsible for managing existing Bank relationships and identifying/converting prospects into Bank customers. The RM will have a well-rounded general banking experience.

VP Information Security Manager - Remote

The Information Security Manager supports the Senior Information Security Officer and works with enterprise stakeholders, such as IT, Operations, and Enterprise Risk Management, to provide independent oversight of the organization’s IT security controls, ensuring information security risks are identified, measured, monitored, and reported in alignment with regulatory expectations, internal risk appetite, and industry best practices. The Information Security Manager will have primary responsibility for managing the Bank’s physical security and business continuity programs.
