Supervises and coordinates activities of employees involved in performing internal operations in a department of the Bank by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Department Supervisor Customer Service - SITEC (Porterville)

Manage and oversee a team of call center agents to ensure the smooth operation of the call center. Assisting agents with the same quality care and understanding we would provide to our customers. Providing a balanced, positive work environment to be available for the agents and completing the tasks at hand. Leading by example, holding yourself to a higher standard, and exhibiting the customer service core values and standards.

Financial Analyst Officer - Remote

Under the supervision of the Financial Reporting Specialist, performs complex analytics for the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Financial Reporting Specialist of the Holding Company, Bank, and Subsidiaries. Provides backup for the Financial Reporting Specialist, Accounting Department Manager, and other accounting staff during their absence.

Commercial Loan Underwriter - Small Business Group (Hybrid)

Responsible for underwriting small business loan requests to achieve efficiencies and quality of the process to enhance client experience. Primary performance responsibilities include analyzing business and personal financial data to determine the merits of the loan request (including adherence to loan policy), assessing the credit worthiness of borrowers, decision loans within established lending authority, identify and mitigate risks and appropriately structure loan requests. Ensure all due diligence and background evaluations are complete and thorough before rendering a credit decision. May assist more senior credit officers with larger or more complex loan requests.

Financial Service Representative (FSR) - California City

A Financial Service Representative works with customers interested in opening accounts, and cross-sell deposit and loan accounts and services. Is responsible for describing available accounts and explaining the services connected to each type such as the use of ATMs, direct deposit, and overdraft protection. The FSR is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s information is confidentially and effectively recorded electronically.

Tellers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing and helping with account-related inquiries.

Teller - Paso Robles

Tellers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing and helping with account-related inquiries.

Teller - Tulare Prosperity

Tellers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing and helping with account-related inquiries.

Branch Utility - Santa Barbara

To support the effective delivery of all banking services with a branch of Bank of the Sierra, the Branch Utility will provide support for all operational job functions by filling in for the Senior Teller, FSR, Branch Operations Supervisor, and Branch Operations Manager as needed at any branch within their assigned region. The Branch Utility will primarily be a ‘float’ position that is assigned to an entire region, and they will work closely with the Regional Branch Administrator to ensure the region maintains outstanding customer relations, achieves assigned goals and objectives, adheres to company policy and procedure, completes required tasks, high employee morale by providing leadership and motivation to assigned team members.

Customer Service Representative - SITEC (Porterville)

The Customer Service Representative assists Bank customers on the phone with questions regarding their accounts and Bank products. They must be able to maintain confidentiality and be prepared to deal with upset customers in a professional manner. To remain in the Customer Service Center, the employee must satisfactorily complete or have completed Bank of the Sierra’s Teller Training Program and the New Accounts Training Program.

The FSR is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s information is confidentially and effectively recorded electronically.

Senior Teller - Visalia Mooney

Senior Tellers’ essential duties include maintaining cash drawers, investigating discrepancies, training new tellers, providing access to the vault, balancing ATMs, and motivating other tellers. Senior Tellers may be required to supervise teller teams and assign tasks to other employees.
