Power Outage
PG&E and Southern California Edison are expected to temporarily cut electricity to thousands of customers for an unspecified period of time during periods of high wind, so as to reduce the risk of deadly wildfires, among other issues. As a result, some Bank of the Sierra branches may be without power during this time. These locations will remain closed until the utility turns the power back on.
If your local branch is without power, please consider visiting a different branch within the region, or your nearest ATM.
Need cash? Cash withdrawals should be done at the nearest functional Bank of the Sierra location, or by using the cash-back option at most stores and retailers. Additionally, Bank of the Sierra customers can use Allpoint ATMs to withdraw cash without a fee. Allpoint locations can be found using their app, or online at: http://allpointnetwork.com/locator.aspx?address=california.
If you normally make check deposits at your local branch, please consider taking advantage of our Mobile Check Deposit services until the branch opens again. You can find out more at https://www.bankofthesierra.com/products/personal/digital-services/mobile-banking/.
