Start receiving e-Statements* for eligible accounts by logging in to Online Banking.

How to Enroll in eStatements

  1. Enrolling Accounts in E-Statements

    1. After logging into your Online Banking, click on the eStatements tab, which will take you to the eStatements enrollment page.

    2. Under the ‘Enrollments’ section, click on the ‘Details’ link to view your accounts. The account(s) with a check will be enrolled in eStatements. (A check appears next to all of your accounts by default).
      • If you don’t want one of your accounts to be enrolled in eStatements, simply uncheck the box next to that account.
      • By clicking the ‘+’ symbol, you can view and make changes to the list of electronic documents you would normally receive. Unchecking the box next to that document will cause you to receive it in paper form.
    3. After you’re finished, remember to click ‘Save Settings’ before navigating away from the page.

    4. Verify that your e-mail address is current and accurate.
    5. Create a unique Security Phrase.
      • The Security Phrase will display in the subject of the e-mail you receive to notify you when your statement(s) are ready to view. It’s an added measure of security that will ensure that you know where this e-mail is coming from.
    6. In section #4, click the ‘click here’ link. This will open up a PDF document which contains a passcode. This step verifies that you are able to successfully open PDF documents, which is how your eStatements will display in Online Banking. If you can’t see the passcode, you may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.
    7. Once you have your passcode, type it in the field below #4.
    8. Read the disclosure carefully, then check the box that says, ‘I Agree to the listed terms’ in order to continue.
    9. Click ‘Enroll Now’ at the bottom of the screen.
      • You will receive a pop-up notification that says the enrollment was successful.

    10. The next time your statement is generated, you will receive an e-mail notification that it is ready to view.
    11. To check your statement, simply log into your Online Banking and click on eStatements.
  1. Enrolling Additional Accounts in E-Statements

    1. Once you are logged into your Online Banking, click on the eStatements tab.

    2. Click on the ‘Sign-Up/Changes’ tab. This will display a list of all your accounts.

    3. Click the ‘+’ symbol next to each account to view a list of electronic documents you would normally receive for that account.
    4. If there is an account or document you prefer to receive paper statements for, uncheck that box.
    5. Take a moment to review all the eStatement settings for your account. Be sure to click ‘Save Settings’ before navigating away from the page.

    6. The next time your statement is generated, you will receive an e-mail notification that it is ready to view.
    7. To check your statement, simply log into your Online Banking and click on eStatements.

* Please note, you will only have access to electronic statements from your enrollment date going forward. Enrollment in Online Banking is required prior to enrolling in e-Statements.
