Regulatory Protection

Under the provisions of Regulation E, some transactions from consumer accounts with internet access may have some protections. In general, you must tell us immediately if you believe your bank card or Personal Identification Number (PIN) has been lost or stolen, or if you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission.

If you tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss, compromise or unauthorized transfer, you will not be liable for the loss.
