Bank of the Sierra Announces Sean Hart as VP, Senior Commercial Loan Officer

Porterville, Calif. – Bank of the Sierra announced today that Sean Hart has been named Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer for the Bank’s Real Estate Industries Group. He will be responsible for providing financing for investor real estate throughout California. Hart will work from the Bank’s branch on 4456 California Avenue in Bakersfield.
Hart has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Before joining Bank of the Sierra, he worked as Vice President, Lead Relationship Manager for Mechanics Bank in Bakersfield, where he originated loans and grew a complex portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Hart also worked as a Loan Originator and Analyst for Commercial Realty Consultants in Calabasas early in his career.
Hart is a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in financial management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Hart is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
