  1. $50 opening deposit. $10 monthly maintenance fee waived with $1,500 average monthly collected balance in your Business Impact Checking account or $3,500 average monthly combined balances in all eligible Bank of the Sierra business deposit accounts. Definition of eligible accounts: Bank of the Sierra Business Checking, Business Savings, and Business Money Market accounts and the current ledger balance in Business CD accounts (determined on the statement date of the primary checking account) based on the primary owner(s) Tax ID number. For Sole Proprietors only, combined balances may include other business and personal deposits based on the primary account ownership. Up to $10,000 in cash deposits included per statement cycle and $1.20 per $1,000 additional thereafter. Up to 150 ACH debits/credits included per statement cycle, and $0.15 per ACH debit/credit thereafter. If you close your account within 6 months of opening, there will be a $25.00 fee. $5.00 paper statement fee waived with eStatement enrollment. This product cycles on the last day of each month.

  3. You must be enrolled and have successfully logged in to the online banking desktop version before you have access to the Bank of the Sierra Mobile Banking app.
