All account types for which the bank generates periodic statements are eligible for Sierra eStatements.
Online Banking is required to enroll in and view Sierra eStatements. You must have a computer that can access the internet and an up-to-date web browser that supports 128-bit encryption.
Yes. At any time and at no charge, you may remove your accounts from Sierra eStatements.
Your statements and notices will be available to you online for 18 months. You are welcome to download statements for your personal records. You also have the option to request historical statements, for which fees may apply; please refer to the applicable account agreement and disclosures for details.
Simply update your email address in online banking to ensure you continue receiving email notifications when eStatements become available.
