Bank of the Sierra Awards $150K in Grants During Second Quarter of 2024

Porterville, Calif. – Bank of the Sierra is proud to announce that it donated $150,000 to nonprofit organizations in its communities through its Sierra Grant Program during the second quarter of 2024. Since the program’s inception in 2004, more than 1,700 grants have been awarded.

From March through June 2024, Bank of the Sierra awarded a total of $92,500 in grants to 16 Central Valley nonprofits, $32,500 to six nonprofits in the Bank’s Coastal and Southern California footprint, and $25,000 to nonprofits that offer services in both regions. In total during the first quarter, Bank of the Sierra awarded $150,000 to nonprofits throughout the communities it serves.
