Bank of the Sierra Names Eric Boucher VP, Senior Commercial Loan Officer

Porterville, Calif. – Bank of the Sierra announced today that Eric Boucher has been named Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer for the Bank’s Real Estate Industries Group. Mr. Boucher is based in the Los Angeles area and will be responsible for providing financing for investor real estate throughout California and focusing on the Southern California region.

Mr. Boucher has over 16 years of experience in real estate lending, brokerage, and analysis. Prior to joining Bank of the Sierra, he worked most recently as a Director for JLL Capital Markets Debt & Equity group in Los Angeles, closing over 200 loan transactions totaling over $1.4 billion in capitalization across multiple states. Mr. Boucher previously worked for Integra Realty Resources in Los Angeles as its Vice President and Director of Southern California Multifamily & Industrial Practices, as well as Newmark and Colliers International in his career.

Mr. Boucher possesses a California sales agent and certified general real estate appraiser license (also previously a candidate for Member of the Appraisal Institute “MAI”). Mr. Boucher graduated with a bachelor’s degree from The Master’s University in Santa Clarita.
