What You Need to Know.

The new Sierra Business Banking mobile app and online banking platform will be available on June 25, 2024.

The online banking platform will automatically transition over on June 25, 2024. The old mobile app will stop working on July 8, 2024 and will be removed on July 16, 2024.

We’re working to make this upgrade as rapid and seamless as possible. We expect a limited period of downtime starting at 5pm on June 24, 2024.

You can download the new Sierra Business Banking app for free from Apple’s App Store or Google Play on or after June 25, 2024.

You can find instructions on locating your saved usernames and passwords on your mobile device by clicking HERE for Apple, and HERE for Android. If you still need assistance, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-454-BANK.

You’ll be able to log in using your current username and password. For extra security, you’ll be asked to enable two-factor authentication.

New and improved features include:

  • Streamlined user interfaces – enjoy smoother, faster digital banking at the office or on the go
  • Customizable dashboard tiles – keep an eye on what’s most important to your enterprise
  • Secure in-app messaging – instantly contact Customer Service and attach transactions to conversations
  • In-app card management – order new cards, stop transactions, and more

Yes, if you use bill pay, your existing bill payments and payees will automatically copy to the new system.

No, you will have to bookmark the new login page on your browser. If you navigate to the old login page on or after June 25, 2024, you’ll see your profile info but you won’t be able to access your accounts.
